ROLL CALL: Those answering roll call were Mrs. Etherton, Mr. Kay, Mrs. Green, Mr. Young,Mr. Collins, Mrs. Woodcock and Mr. Loucks
REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Woodcock made a motion, seconded by Green to close the meeting in accordance with Section120/2(a) of the Open Meetings Act, citing the following exceptions as contained in Section120/2(c):
[a] Discuss Retirement, Resignation, Compensation, and Employment ofSpecific Employee(s)
RE-CONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: Collins made a motion, seconded by Kay to reconvene to Open Session.
A) DISCUSS EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE(S)
1. Discuss Superintendent Search - No votes or actions taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT: Having completed the items on the agenda, Etherton made a motion, seconded by Kay to adjourn the meeting until the next regular meeting scheduled for Thursday,January 21, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the Unit Office Conference Room
