Carterville Water and Sewer Department recently issued the following announcement.
Due to the increases in COVID-19 cases throughout our region, the Carterville City Hall and Carterville Water & Sewer Office are closed to the public effective November 12, 2020. The closure will be in effect during the state’s tier 2 mitigations and will be reviewed after that period.
The public is encouraged to contact the offices by phone or use the City’s website www.visitcarterville.com. For business that requires entry, please make an appointment with City Hall or the Water & Sewer Office. Feel free to contact the offices (618-985-2252 or 618-985-2011) with any questions.
