Mayor Henry acknowledged and expressed his thanks to City staff, noting their exposure risk, the Public Works staff with projects underway, and Public Safety personnel.
2. General Business of the Local Liquor Control Commission Action: 2.1 Approval of Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting Minutes of June 23, 2020
MOTION: Approve the minutes of the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of June 23, 2020

Action: 2.2 Transfer of Ownership of Flame Eatery & Wine Bar from Flame Eatery & Wine Bar, LLC to S&D Ventures of Southern Illinois, LLC
