Murphysboro home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Murphysboro rose by $4,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $40,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Murphysboro in February 2019.
