Murphysboro home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Murphysboro rose by $27,450 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 31.4% increase over the $87,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Murphysboro in July 2018.
