Harrison home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Harrison rose by $76,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,250 - a 180.6% increase over the $42,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Harrison in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Harrison for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,141, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
