De Soto home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in De Soto rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 26.5% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in De Soto in the third quarter of 2018.
