Harrison home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Harrison rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 17.1% increase over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Harrison in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Harrison for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,141, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
