The Board of Education meeting was called to order by President Paul Copeland at 7:01 p.m. with the following members present:

Motion made by Rick Galloway, seconded by Fern Martin, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion made by Tommie Smith, seconded by Paul Waterman, to approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting on October 28, 2019, as presented. Motion carried.
Motion made by Rick Galloway, seconded by Paul Waterman, to authorize the payment of bills as presented. Roll call vote:

Motion made by Tommie Smith, seconded by Paul Waterman, to approve a 10:00 a.m. late-start plan for inclement weather days. Motion carried.
The board discussed long term planning and formed a committee consisting of Paul Waterman, Rick Galloway, and Matt Shackleton.
Next meeting will be December 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.
