Approval of Minutes
I. 19-4590 August 20, 2019 Minutes
A motion was made by Health Department Representative Williams, seconded by Sheriff's Department Representative Lindsey, to approve the August 20, 2019 minutes as presented. The motion carried by unanimous vote.
Old Business
II. 19-4591 Wording changes for Liquor and Bed & Breakfast Ordinances
A motion was made by Legislative & Public Safety Committee Chair Calandro, seconded by Health Department Representative Williams, to approve recommended language changes to the Liquor Control Ordinance and addition of L2 license with $600 fee. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

The Board discussed adding Cannabis to the Liquor Ordinance. The Board requested the following additional information:
1. Kinkaid-Proof of Residency of Manager
2. Scratch-$50 for beer garden
The Board also asked the Health Department to consider adopt language that matches the Liquor Ordinance for their licenses. Additionally, they requested a letter be sent to Scratch and Route 51 requesting they provide proof that they get 51% of their business from food. Carr moved and Williams seconded the approval of the 2020 liquor license applications, motion carried.
