City of Carbondale Local Liquor Control Commission met Oct. 22.

Alfred Sanders was present to respond to questions from the Commission. Mr. Sanders noted that the noise violation referenced in the background occurred 13 months prior to this event. He requested that the beer garden with entertainment license fee, which was not approved, be applied to the fine in question.

MOTION: Accept the Hearing Officer's Report and Recommendation in 2019-04.
