I. 19-4537 September 5, 2019 Minutes
Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Erbes, seconded by Peterson, to approve. The motion carried by unanimous vote.
Chairman's Remarks
Larkin reported that the budget adoption meeting is this month and is encouraging all board members to be present.
Communications
County Administrator Jennifer Huson gave an update about what is going on in the County board office. We are currently worki ng on new health insurance, sent out health insurance information to retiree, liquor licenses. Peterson stated a hearing on the concrete
mine discharge will be held in Marion on December 18th.

II. 19-4542 Data Center Equipment Lease Agreement
A motion was made by Peterson, seconded by Erbes, to approve the Data Center Lease Agreement. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

Huson reported no new applications have been turned in. Larkin suggested contacting the local newspapers and advertising the open appointment's in the paper.

New Business
Larkin stated he would like a list of goals for 2020 from each Chair of each committee. Larkin would like to find an intern to help in the County Board office. Mueller stated she would like to put together a "Pick up Jackson County" on the 2nd Saturday or 4th Saturday of each month to help clean up the county.
IV. 19-4539 Alstat Award
Huson reported that the application has been posted on the County website since September and have extended the Deadline to November 15, 2019
V. 19-4540 Job Descriptions for all employees
Send a memo to all Department Heads to get all job descriptions for all employees, need to have all information to the board before the January Executive meeting.
VI. 19-4541 Creation of a Bond Committee
Larkin stated the creation of a Bond committee is important for planning how the best way to deal with the jail bonds. The members will be Jeff Whitbeck, Andrew Erbes, and C.J. Calandro.
A motion was made by Snyder, seconded by Peterson, to approve.
