HireLevel recently issued the following announcement.
HireLevel was founded in 1995 by Teresa Katubig, with payroll services established in 2001, and expanding to become a full-service Human Capital Management firm, servicing clients nationwide. The company prides itself on being an established, experienced leader in Human Capital Management solutions.
HireLevel’s 2ndChance Hiring Initiative was recently named a 2019 American Staffing Association Care Award honorable mention for the 2019 ASA Care Award season. This national awards program recognizes outstanding social responsibility initiatives—business processes that produce an overall positive effect on society—among ASA member staffing agencies and associate members (industry suppliers).
The HireLevel 2ndChance was designed to improve the employability of people with criminal records by working with employers and community partners to create a smooth transition for re-entry candidates. The initiative provides resources to clients and candidates to access justice-involved job seekers, manage safety & risk and to work closely with candidates on resource coordination.
Their partnership in local communities also helps to provide training outlets to develop candidates for successful workforce re-entry. HireLevel uses a comprehensive process specific to client needs to ensure candidates are comfortable and ready on day one. As always, importance is placed on determining if the candidate is the right fit for the client’s company culture.
“We are all in this together to make our community stronger, grow businesses, and change lives. That’s the HireLevel mission, and we simply couldn’t accomplish it without the other businesses who strive to make a difference and impact,” says Teresa Katubig, President and CEO of HireLevel.
The ASA Care Award honorees will be celebrated at Staffing World® 2019—the largest, most comprehensive learning and networking event in the staffing and recruiting industry—Oct. 15‒17 in Las Vegas.
