Jackson County Liquor Advisory Board met May 20.

Call to Order (5:05 PM)

Members Present: Lindsey, Mileur, S. Bost and Williams

Members Absent: Larkin

Also Present: Josh Barringer

S. Bost Chaired the meeting

Approval of Minutes

I. 19-4184 February 26, 2019 Minutes

A motion was made by State's Attorney's Office Representative Mileur, seconded by Health Department Representative Williams, to approve the February 26, 2019 minutes as presented.

The motion carried by unanimous vote.

Old Business

II. 19-4185 2020 License Application Changes

The Board reviewed the draft application and had no changes.

A motion was made by Sheriff's Department Representative Lindsey, seconded by State's Attorney's Office Representative Mileur, to approve the 2020 Liquor License application as presented. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

New Business

III. 19-4186 Raffle application designee

The Board was informed that the Liquor Commissioner appointed the County Administrator his designee for the Raffle License applications. There were no objections.

IV. 19-4187 Backwoods Axe Throwing, LLC

The Board reviewed the applications for Backwoods Axe Throwing and finding no issues approved the application.

A motion was made by State's Attorney's Office Representative Mileur, seconded by Health Department Representative Williams, to approve the Backwoods Axe Throwing 2019 Liquor License application. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

Adjourn

Mileur moved and Lindsey seconded to adjourn, motion carried
