Call to Order (5:00 PM)
Members Present: Erbes, Hunter and Larkin
Members Absent: Nehring, Peterson and Snyder
Members Excused: Endres
Also Present: Josh Barringer, Dana Dailey, Paula Clark, Jeff Whitbeck, Sheriff Robert Burns, Kenton Schafer, Mitch Burdick
There was not a quorum so the committee did not vote on any items.

The consensus of the committee members present is to move the July Executive Committee meeting to July 11th, 2019 at 5pm.
IV. 19-4191 Accounting Coordinator Position
Larkin stated that interviews are being scheduled for next week.
Computing Services Update
Larkin asked Barringer to have BS&A set up so that the new Accounting Coordinator can start training on their first day. Larkin went on to thank Daily for all her help over the past month.

VII. 19-4194 Zoning Subcommittee
New Business
Burdick mentioned that the Capital Bill has passed and it will have an impact on Jackson County funding but it is unclear at this time what the impact will be.
Erbes mentioned that there will be a Health Insurance Taskforce meeting on June 13 at 5pm and it will be a bit of a reorganization
meeting. Then there will be a meeting on the 26th with Howard Danzing and Keven Kern and maybe others who want to discuss the county health insurance.
VIII. 19-4195 Endres Resignation
Larkin informed the committee members present that Endres has resigned from the County Board. This will be addressed at the board meeting.
IX. 19-4196 Nationwide 457b Loans
Larkin briefly explained what the 457b Plan was and that this paperwork would allow people to take loans from their plan. The committee would like to know how many employees have the 457b Plan. This will be discussed at the July meeting.
