Grand Tower home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Grand Tower rose by $45 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $7,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $7,455 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Grand Tower in 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Grand Tower for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $184, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for 2018.
