Williamson County Board of Commissioners met March 12.

Motion made by Ron Ellis and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving minutes for February 13, 2019. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present; Ron Ellis, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
The following reports were accepted:

Motion made by Ron Ellis and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving ORDINANCE NO. 19-03-12-01 AN ORDINANCE TO ADD TERRITORY TO THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY ENTERPRISE ZONE. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present; Ron Ellis, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Motion made by Ron Ellis and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 19-03-12-27 WILLIAMSON COUNTY HOUSING BOARD APPOINTMENT FOR JOHN OETJEN. Mr. Oetjen is re-appointed to serve another 5 year term commencing on May 1, 2019 and due to expire April 30, 2024. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present; Ron Ellis, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Discussion had on maintenance agreements with Sheriff’s office. The board would like to be over the agreements to make sure that they are renewed and also that they are followed. No action taken.
Commissioner Marlo brought up the gates that are needed at the Morgue. He stated that the Coroner, Jr. Burke does have the funds to pay for it. They are looking into a gate with a code. Novacom has looked at it but hasn’t presented a bid. No action taken.
