The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met at 10:05 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a regular meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Ron Ellis, Chairman
Jim Marlo, Commissioner
Brent Gentry, Commissioner
Discussion had on US Bank credit cards. Would like to have them split out so that each office gets their own bill. The problem now is that if there is a late payment cards are being shut off due to a couple of offices running behind on payment. If it was split out into each office then only that office would have card shut off. No action taken.
Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving Whiteash Sewer Application for Ronald L. Peters. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving the change of replacing Brinson Venable with Ashley Gott for Azavar viewing purposes on all documents. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving to have Wendy Cunningham, Assistant State’s Attorney to send the information to Azavar. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea.

Robert Vail and Kevin Wills from Bernardi Securities were present to discuss refinancing bonds. No action taken.

Devil’s Kitchen Water Board has an employee who also sits on the board. The State’s Attorney’s office will check into the situation.

Opened one sealed bid for the jail’s camera system. The bid came from Accurate Controls Inc. in the amount of $298, 964.44 for everything that needs to be completed. Another amount of $166,105.64 is an alternate total for less work completed. The bid is good for 60 days from opening. Tabled
