2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in De Soto?
The data shows that both of the released offenders in De Soto were men. The younger parolee was a 26-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2016. The other was a 29-year-old man sentenced for homicide in 2013.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Valentino Guerrero. He was convicted of homicide in 2013 when he was 23 years old. He is now 29.
