Makanda home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Makanda fell by $152,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,500 - a 56.8% decrease over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Makanda in September 2017.
