Murphysboro home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Murphysboro fell by $4,650 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,750 - a 6.2% decrease over the $75,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Murphysboro in June 2016.
