Southern Illinois University PA program recently issued the following announcement.
The 2019 Women’s Power Lunch Against Cancer will feature Courtney Clark, author and melanoma cancer survivor. Proceeds from the tenth annual event will benefit all cancer research at Simmons Cancer Institute at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.
The event is scheduled for Friday, April 12, at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel, 701 E. Adams St., Springfield. Tickets are $50 each or $500 for a table of 10 tickets. Registration and networking begins at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. The Women's Power Lunch Against Cancer celebrates and encourages mutual support among women in our communities.
