Carbondale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Carbondale rose by $26,500 while total sales increased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 31.2% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Carbondale in the first quarter of 2017.
