How did Bennie Vick spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Bennie Vick's election campaign committee, Committee for Bennie Vick Sheriff, spent $5,347 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Vick's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,497) going to Wsil Tv in Carterville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Vick's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
