How did John Bradley spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic John Bradley's election campaign committee, Friends of John Bradley, Inc, spent $1,509,390 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bradley's committee spent the most on advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,173,500) going to Buying Time, LLC in Washington. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bradley's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
