Q3 real estate sales report: Harrison

Median prices declined in Harrison over last year, and are down 83.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 5 homes sold in Harrison for a median price of $15,500. That's 19 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Harrison.
