Call to Order

Roll Call

Members Present:   Burke, Comparato, D. Bost, Endres, Erbes, Hunter, J. S. Rendleman, Larkin, Maxwell, Mendoza Jr., Mueller, Nehring, Peterson and S. Bost

Pledge of Allegiance

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.

Budget Adoption

1. Adoption and or Amendment of the FY 2018-2019 Budget

2. Ordinance 18-3: An Ordinance Providing for and Making the Annual Tax Levy for Jackson County, Illinois for the year December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019

1. A motion was made by Larkin, seconded by Comparato, to approve the Adoption and Amendment of the FY 2018-2019 Budget. The motion carried by the following roll call votes:

      Yes: 9 - S.Bost, Endres, Mueller, Peterson, Comparato, Larkin, Maxwell, Hunter, Rendleman

      No:5 - Mendoza, Nehring, D.Bost, Erbes, Burke

2. A motion was made by S.Bost, seconded by Larkin, to approve the amendment to Ordinance 18-3. The motion failed by the following roll call votes:

      Yes: 4 - S.Bost, Mueller, Larkin, Rendleman

      No:10 - Mendoza, Nehring, D.Bost, Erbes, Burke, Endres, Peterson, Comparato, Maxwell, Hunter

A motion was made by S.Bost, seconded by Comparato, to approve Ordinance 18-3 and the Ordinance Providing for and Making the Annual Tax Levy for Jackson County. The motion carried by the following roll call votes:

      Yes:8 - S.Bost, Endres, Mueller, Peterson, Comparato, Larkin, Maxwell, Hunter

      No:5 - Mendoza, Nehring, D.Bost, Burke, Rendleman

Recess

A motion was made by D.Bost, seconded by Mueller, to recess.
