B. Flag Retirement Ceremony at Founders’ Park
a. Discuss the local Girl Scouts as an option to perform the retirement ceremony
b. Invite a local school band that can perform Taps and other appropriate music
C. Founders’ Day Celebration Gala/ Dinner
a. Suggest venues for event
b. Create a budget for costs of venue, food, entertainment, etc.
