Carbondale Non-Bargaining Unit Employees Personnel Board recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Carbondale continues the replacement of the sanitary sewer along Oak Street.
Due to this work, East Oak Street, between Illinois Avenue and Washington Street, will be closed until Friday, December 14.
