Republican Terri Bryant has been declared the winner in the 115th House District against Democrat Marsha Griffin.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Bryant had 61 percent of the vote with a total of 22,654 votes.
Griffin received 39 percent of the vote with a total of 14,235 votes.
