10 Public Comments (Name & Address of Person Speaking)

Ed Ford made 2 comments regarding the following: (1) His opinion is that the Board is put in place by the public to make decision for the district and hiring a administrator is one of those decisions but the administrators task is not to make decisions based on what they feel is best but to carry out what the Board decides; (2) He believe the community and board wants to hire someone that is aware of the makeup of the district and someone who would know how to interact an get along with people. His preference would be to hire someone that you have been around and have had experience with to know their interpersonal style vs. hiring someone from who knows where that is trained to come in, listen to what you want and tell you what you want to hear but you really have no way of knowing if that person understands the needs of the district.

Shepherd moved, seconded by Zaretsky, Recommend Adjournment at 6:40 PM.
