Motion to approve minutes from previous meeting by Jessica Doerr Berger 2nd by Wenona Whitfield.

Discussion of COE's for pre-billing.

Ehlers to call Mr. Brewer and see if PTAB has an error is listing. Listing taxpayer asking for 3,000fv. Taxpayers original appeal has 30,000fv.
Motion to go into executive session by Jessica Doerr Berger 2nd by Wenona Whitfield. Roll call vote Karnes-Y, Whitfield-Y, Berger-Y motion carried.
Motion by Berger 2nd by Whitfield to end executive session. Roll call vote Karnes-Y, Whitfield-Y, Berger-Y motion carried.
New Business
Discussion of scanner/printer for front office. Will allow the ability to scan documents as soon as they come through the door.
