I. 17-2137 Discussion of Board Supervised Staff Evaluations
The committee took time to read the update evaluation forms. The committee asked to have the job title on the first page, change "Remedial" to "Corrective Action" and fix the formatting discrepancy on the Accounting Coordinator form. Then the committee discussed the next level supervisor option. The consensus of the committee is that the staff will complete their self evaluations by February 17th and the committee coordinator will also contact other board members and the respective doctors to get additional evaluations for staff. Hunter and Rendleman will schedule individual evaluations with staff between February 21st and March 21st.
