Marion City Council hosts public hearing

The Marion City Council met Dec. 6 to host a public hearing.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the council:

The Marion City Council includes elect four commissioners and a mayor who are responsible for city management and general functions.

CITY OF MAMON - PUBLIC HEARING December 6, 2016

Minutes of a Public Hearing of the City Council of the City of Marion announced and publicized pursuant to state statutes. The meeting was held in the Council Chambers of the Marion City Hall December 6, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. to discuss the proposed vacate of part of Shane Lane as previously dedicated as a public street and a part of Autry Drive as platted in Marion Heights Commercial Subdivision Phase One as set forth in Plat Record 10, Page 83.

Mayor Butler called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. The City Clerk was instructed to call the roll and the response was as follows:

PHYSICALLY PRESENT: COMISSIONERS WEBB AND GOSS AND MAYOR BUTLER ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS RJNELLA AND HIGHTOWER.

There being no interested persons present, Mayor Butler stated the Public Hearing was closed.
