Approval of Minutes
I. 17-2105 January 3, 2017 Minutes
Concensus is that minutes can move to Executive Committee.
II. 17-2104 Discussion of Board Supervised Staff Evaluations
The members discussed the conversation from the Executive Committee meeting; evaluationswill be done by Hunter and J.S. Rendleman with input from those who have direct contact with the staff. Then the members reviewed the Greater Egypt evaluation form. They liked some of the sections and would like to incorporate them into the county evaluation form. They reviewed the changes the committee coordinator made to the standard county form. The members decided to have the committee coordinator contact Greater Egypt to request permission to use sections of their form. Also they directed the committee coordinator to create a hybrid form for each position. The plan is to get the form completed and begin evaluations at the beginning of February.
