Meeting called to order at 6:32pm in the Ohio Room of the Student Center by Executive Director
Kia Smith. Quorum was established.

Films –
? We showed Neighbors 2 – 90 @ first showing, 65 @ second showing
? Had committee meeting – they spelled Dory wrong on sidewalks so will be rechalking
? Will be fixing chalk tonight
? Bowling – was alright, could have better. Not a ton of volume, will be fixed
Homecoming –
? Yesterday 3 people showed up!
? Working on getting all of the expense approvals done! ?
Late Night –
? Yesterday was first committee meeting – 2 showed up ?

Marketing –

? We need to solidify a theme for next year SPC

? Passed out Filharmonics flyers today because Lexy was sick – should be good. People
seemed interested

Social Media –
? Posting events now.
? Doing the #ChatWithBrad hashtag. We need some traction on that
? Got the applications out for HC
SPC Talks –
? Little worried about the hashtag as well, hopefully we’ll get some traction
? Chancellor hasn’t been emailing back, we’re hoping he gets back to us soon
? Maybe we can have people write down questions the week of the event just so we can get
more questions.
o Chalk board on South End - ??? Good idea.
? PetchaKucha is going OK. Getting some people who want to talk
? If anyone has professors who they think would want to speak – email Ellen their
information
? Meeting with Honors Advisor yesterday – may be able to get an event for only half the
price of a plane ticket. Will get more info soon
