A. Discuss/Approve the following promotions following the retirement of Captain Mike Boyd:
- Sean Walsh to Captain
- Greg Robinson to Lieutenant
B. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the Merit Board to hire Hunter Hodge to the role of firefighter, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Captain Mike Boyd.

A. Discuss/Approve purchase of new Exmark mower for $15,994.98 with a trade-in allowance of $5,700; a budgeted item.
