A) Discuss / possible action regarding transfer of contributions to SERS by Brody Jeters.
B) Discuss dismissal of Complaint for Declaratory Judgment filed on April 1, 2025 by Cynthia Geittmann against Carbondale Police Pension Fund, Case No. 2025MR23.
C) Discuss status of reappointment of board member Paul Echols, term exp. 5/13/2025.
D) Review and possible action on Paul Edwards Amended QILDRO Calculation Order, if received.
E) Confirm filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2025)

A) Discuss status of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2025. Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents.
B) Reorganization of Board / election of officers: i. President; ii. Vice President; iii. Secretary; iv. Assistant Secretary; and v. FOIA / OMA Officer(s)
C) Discuss mandatory trustee training opportunities. IPPFA Regional Seminar at John A. Logan College on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
