The team will travel to the UK Invitational on May 1-2 before hosting the MVC Tournament.

The softball team, with a record of 29-18, was highlighted by Emily Williams being named the MVC Newcomer of the Week for the second consecutive week. The team achieved a 5-0 win against UT Martin and played a series against Murray State. They won the first two games, 7-1 and 10-1, and concluded with a 5-4 loss. SIU will head to Evansville for the final series of the regular season from May 2-4.

SIU's baseball team, holding a 30-13 record, engaged in four games last week. They won against Southeast Missouri State 12-6 and split the weekend series with Illinois State, eventually winning two out of three games. The upcoming week includes a game against Lindenwood on April 29 and a series at Murray State from May 2-4.

Men's golf concluded their 2025 season at the MVC Tournament, finishing in seventh place. Frank Bellino and Oliver Ulrich were top performers, with Bellino securing a tie for 13th place.
