Murphysboro High School recently shared updates on various events through a series of tweets. The high school, part of the Murphysboro Community Unit School District 186, highlighted several achievements by its students in athletic competitions.

The following day, on April 14, Murphysboro High School celebrated its students' success at the Cape Central Invitational. The tweet announced, “Congratulations to these Cape Central Invitational Champions! Kellum 100m Dash Kellum 200m Dash Witzman 800m Run Beard High Jump 4x800 Relay”, recognizing the achievements of Kellum for winning both the 100m and 200m dashes, Witzman in the 800m run, Beard in the high jump, and the school’s 4x800 relay team.
