2. IDOT/MFT Engineering Services Agreement – Horner & Shifrin – Land Acquisition for three parcels of right of way and temporary easements for the Ritter Road Project. Section 06-00054-00-FP.
3. Resolution 12-2024 IDOT/MFT Purchase wetland credits from Crab Orchard Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank. Section 06-00054-00-FP.
4. Agreement – Wetland Credit.
5. Authorize Lease Purchase for one (1) new 2023 Ford F450 Crew Cab Utility Truck via State Bid Contract 21-416-P-29479 in the amount of $79,878.00 for Water Department.
