City of Genoa Plan Commission met Sept. 30.

III. New Business

A. Presentation from and discussion led by Todd Vanadilok, Egret and Ox:

Todd spoke about the preliminary review of the City’s Unified Development Ordinance, commenting that he thought it was really well written and well formed with lots of detail, compared to other UDOs he has dealt with. He presented findings of the preliminary review of the City’s UDO Chapters 1 – 5, the upcoming meeting schedule for the remainder of 2024, and discussed the following:

• Zoning districts

• Permitted/Special Uses

• Non-conforming uses

• Home-based businesses

IV. Old Business

 Alyssa updated the members on the Grainger Pickle Ball Court, with it being possible to get on the November 7th Plan Commission meeting. Also gave status on The Warehouse on Park 2013 PUD.
