City of Carbondale Local Liquor Control Commission and City Council met Sept. 10.

Action: 3.1 Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting Minutes from August 13, 2024 MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of August 13, 2024

Motion by Clare Killman, second by LaCaje Hill.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Action: 3.2 Application for an On-Premises Secondary Restaurant License from Tandoor & Tadka Operating at 715 North Giant City Road, Suite 8

Commissioners welcomed the new restaurant owners and expressed support for their endeavors.

MOTION: Approve the issuance of an On-premises Secondary Restaurant liquor license with both catering and package liquor license riders for Tandoor and Tadka contingent upon receipt of outstanding items.

Motion by Jeff Doherty, second by Adam Loos.
