7. Discussion and possible action on cancellation or revision to Ordinance 2024-009 (AUTHORIZATION OF LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND THE ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY LOAN PROGRAM).

8. Discussion and possible approval of a new Ordinance or revision to Ordinance 2024-009 (AUTHORIZATION OF LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND THE ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY LOAN PROGRAM) with adjusted estimated cost increase.
