City of Carbondale City Council met July 13.

Meeting called to order at 9:32 AM

1. Preliminaries to the City Council Meeting

2. General Business

Action: 2.1 An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 2023-03 As It Relates to Disorderly Conduct

Callie Stone asked the reason for the implementation of the original Ordinance and if there would be any difference in the treatment of public with the repeal of the Ordinance.

Jarius Harvey asked about the Ordinance being repealed.

MOTION: Adopt an Ordinance repealing Ordinance 2023-03 as it relates to Disorderly Conduct

Motion by Jeff Doherty, second by Nancy Maxwell.
