City of Carbondale City Council met June 11.

Councilmembers present

Councilmember Jeff Doherty, Councilmember LaCaje Hill, Clare Killman, Councilmember Adam Loos, Councilmember Nancy Maxwell (arrived at 5:48 p.m.), Councilmember Ginger Rye Sanders, and Mayor Carolin Harvey

Meeting called to order at 5:32 PM

1. Preliminaries to the City Council Meeting

Procedural: 1.1 Roll Call

Procedural: 1.2 Citizens' Comments and Questions

Persons addressing the City Council included Adam Ware.

2. Executive Session

Action: 2.1 Enter into Executive Session to Discuss the Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance, or Dismissal of Specific Employees

MOTION: Enter into an Executive Session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)

Motion by Jeff Doherty, second by Ginger Rye Sanders.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Yea: Jeff Doherty, LaCaje Hill, Clare Killman, Adam Loos, Ginger Rye Sanders, Carolin Harvey

Open session recessed at 5:36 p.m.

Action: 2.2 Return to Open Session

MOTION: Return to Open Session

Motion by Adam Loos, second by Clare Killman.
