C. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3954 repealing Ordinance 3882 concerning the Hotel Operator's Occupation Tax.
D. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3955 amending Ordinance 3706 concerning Hotel/Motel/Vacation Rental Use Tax.
