8. Discussion and possible action on applying for a Grant through WIRC for a new equipped snow plow.

11. Discussion and possible action on an amendment for a municipal code for unlawful consumption of alcohol and possession of alcohol by a minor.

13. Discussion and possible action on purchase of a property through a tax sale on Bishop Street that will need to be demolished.

14. Approval of a resolution for a Illinois EPA loan for the maximum amount of the loan or authorizing a Ordinance for the loan.
