• The City Council with receive their first presentation on the concept of Energy Sovereignty, Security, & Democracy during their public May 23rd meeting.

• This Saturday at the outdoor Carbondale Community Farmer’s Market folks can participate in the Cookbook Swap.

• The Women for Change March for Unity is coming up on June 3rd – volunteers are needed

• St. Louis is hosting a Native Gardens tour – perhaps we can look into something similar here in Carbondale.

• June 3rd there will be a community dinner at Washington St. offering red beans and rice with crawfish
