Ordinance 20-2023 Providing for the issuance of not to exceed $5,500,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023, of the City of Herrin, Williamson County, Illinois, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds.

2. Resolution 11-2023 Adopting the Williamson County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan.

3. Authorize Purchase of 2 Police Department Vehicles.

4. Resolution 12-2023 Use of ARPA Funds for Melody Acres Watermain Replacement & Improvements.

5. Agreement with Horner & Shifrin, Inc for Professional Engineering Services for Melody Acres Watermain Replacement & Improvements.

6. Resolution 13-2023 Use of ARPA Funds for Ground Storage Tank Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation.

7. Resolution 14-2023 Use of TIF Funds for Ground Storage Tank Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation.

8. Agreement with Farley Engineering for Professional Engineering Services for Ground Storage Tank Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation.

9. Authorization to trade in existing 2000 Case Backhoe for new Case Super N Backhoe via Sourcewell Contract #032119-CNH to be purchased through budgeted municipal lease purchase payments.
